Client Description
Our client is a world-class flight training organisation with certifications under FAA Part 141 and Part 142, offering both Private Pilot Licenses through Commercial Pilot license and advanced simulator training on Airbus A320 and Boeing B737NG.
The company operates two Level D full-flight airline training devices (an Airbus A320 and a Boeing B737NG) and a small fleet of Cessna fixed-wing training aircraft. Combining with specialised, in-house developed, proprietary curriculums, delivered by a team of experienced pilot instructors and in-house Part 142 examiners, the school has been granted government authorisation to issue Airline Transport Pilot Certification (the highest level of pilot certification) as well as A320 and B737NG type ratings.
Its sister company (which comes with the sale) offers in-house aircraft maintenance support for the flight school together with providing maintenance services to private aircraft owners and commercial/corporate operators.
